A singular vintage, revealed by an aging process that favors purity and finesse. The 2021 vintage, marked by frost and a particularly low yield, produced wines with beautiful freshness, precise balance, and interesting aging potential. The wine reveals a delicate texture, fine tannins, and a fresh structure, with an expression of Merlot that is full of elegance and precision.

A different expression of Merlot, where fruit and finesse take center stage.

Following careful vinification, this cuvée is aged in amphora to preserve the purity of the fruit and the identity of the terroir. The natural porosity of the amphora fosters a slow and delicate evolution of the wine, while avoiding the oak notes imparted by barrels.

The Merlot thus reveals a lovely freshness, a silky texture, and a precise expression of fruit, with fine tannins and an elegant finish.

An aging process chosen to let the terroir and the grape variety express themselves with precision.
