A vintage of extreme climatic contrasts, 2021 was marked by a summer of scorching temperatures. At the beginning of September, the return of cooler weather and humidity ensured a smooth harvest with excellent ripeness. All the qualities of Compassant are remarkably present: intense fruit aromas, a touch of spice, deep color, and rounded tannins.
