Discover Compassant’s exceptional terroir, from the plateau above the Dordogne to its south-facing slopes near Saint-Émilion.

An exceptional terroir which benefits from a dual exposure: on the plateau overlooking the right bank of the Dordogne and on the side of asouth-facing hillside.

It is mainly composed of clay-limestone soil in varying proportions depending on the plot, alternating with some gravel areas.

On a property of35 hectaresit is currently planted with6 hectares of Merlot vinesoldfrom 12 to 45 years old.
A new plantation of2.5 hectares in 2017 and 2018,of which75 ares in Cabernet Franc
production will be added starting in 2020.
